How many days before my event should I place my order?

It is best for cake orders to be placed at least 72 hours before your planned day as to give the baker enough time to fulfill all necessary requirements of the cake (decorative fondant, cake topper etc.)

All other items are also highly recommended to be placed 48 hours in advance.

How do I know which size of cake would be enough for my party?

Please see this guide below for slices of 2½ inches at the back which are considered GENEROUS serving sizes (Note: A more sensible slice size could range from 1½ to 2 inches).

4in Cake: Serves up to 5 adults
6in Cake: Serves up to 8 adults
8in Cake: Serves up to 10 adults
10in Cake: Serves up to 12 adults
12in Cake: Serves up to 15 adults

These are approximate numbers so please use it at your own discretion.

Why when selecting custom design do I get charged an additional amount?

Custom design is considered an add-on for a regular designed cake. It also often requires more labour by the baker to make it as per our customers' requirements and standards.

I see there's a fee for delivery, how much would that approximately be?

Since we currently only serve the San Francisco Bay Area, below is an approximate estimate:

Alameda County - $2 to $5
Rest of Bay Area (Except Alameda County) - $10

We appreciate flexibility with delivery due to other orders and/or road traffic conditions. Please reach out to us about your delivery after placing the order so we can work out an arrangement.

How long can the product stay fresh for?

Due to the fresh ingredients being used and minimal to nothing of preservatives added, it is recommended to be consumed within 3 days of delivery to guarantee its freshness.
